Deposits, payments, cancellations, credits, refunds, and outstanding balances are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking or agreement.

Campground Rules

All campers, guests, visitors, and occupants are required to follow the current Rules & Regulations of Bainsville Bay Campground.

Campground rules may be updated, amended, or enforced by management at any time to support the safety, enjoyment, operation, and well-being of the campground.

Failure to follow campground rules or management direction may result in refusal of entry, termination of occupancy, removal from the property, or revocation of camping privileges without refund.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Use of campground property, campsites, roads, waterfront areas, boat launch, docks, facilities, equipment, services, and amenities is at the user’s own risk.

Bainsville Bay Campground is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, delay, weather-related impacts, utility interruptions, natural hazards, wildlife, water conditions, fire, or damage to personal property, vehicles, trailers, boats, equipment, or belongings while on campground property.

Campers and guests are responsible for their own safety, the safety of their children, visitors, pets, and personal property while on campground premises.

By entering or using the campground, campers and guests acknowledge that camping, boating, waterfront use, and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks and agree to use the property responsibly.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through inquiries, reservations, payments, forms, or communications will be used for legitimate campground business purposes.

Bainsville Bay Campground does not sell personal information to third parties.

Refunds may not be provided in cases involving policy violations, early departure, removal from the campground, or termination of camping privileges.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
