Rules & Regulations
At Bainsville Bay Campground, our goal is to provide a safe, quiet, clean, and enjoyable campground for all campers, guests, families, and visitors.
All campers are expected to respect their neighbours, campground property, shared spaces, waterfront areas, and the natural environment. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, unsafe activity, or conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of others will not be permitted.
Campers are responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests, visitors, pets, and anyone entering the campground on their behalf. Pets must be supervised, controlled, and cleaned up after at all times.
Campsites must be kept neat, tidy, and free of debris. Any additions or changes to a site, including decks, sheds, docks, landscaping, or other structures, require prior approval from campground management.
For everyone’s safety, the campground speed limit must be followed at all times.
Garbage and recycling must be placed only in the designated areas.
Campfires are permitted only when conditions allow and must be attended at all times. Firewood must be purchased from Bainsville Bay Campground.
Bainsville Bay Campground is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to interpret, amend, modify, or enforce campground rules and policies at its sole discretion. Management further reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate occupancy, require the removal of guests, visitors, pets, vehicles, trailers, structures, or equipment, and revoke camping privileges at any time where deemed necessary for the safety, enjoyment, operation, or well-being of the campground and its occupants. Refunds may not be provided in cases involving policy violations, early departure, or removal from the campground.
