Tree Management Notice
Some trees within the campground may be removed with little notice due to the emerald ash borer, an invasive insect severely impacting ash trees across Eastern Ontario. Removing infected or high-risk trees helps reduce the spread of this pest and protect surrounding forests and communities. We value our trees and will continue prioritizing the planting of new ones whenever possible.

Reservation Policy
Bainsville Bay Campground is open from the May long weekend through Thanksgiving weekend.Seasonal Campers may enter as of May 1st. If you wish to enter the park at an earlier date or extend your stay past Thanksgiving weekend, please contact management.
Check-in is at 1:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
To secure a seasonal lot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please be aware that failure to submit the deposit may result in the forfeiture of your chosen lot. Seasonal spots are limited, and early booking is encouraged to ensure availability. To avoid online booking fees, reservations can be taken over the phone and exact cash is accepted but a lot is only reserved once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
Currently, all transactions made at Bainsville Bay Campground are non-refundable. To secure your seasonal lot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and ensures that we can accommodate all our valued guests.
