Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Bainsville Bay Campground is open from the May long weekend through Thanksgiving weekend. If you wish to enter the park at an earlier date or extend your stay past Thankgivings weekend, please contact management. Check-in is at 11:00 a.m., with check-out at 2:00 p.m. To secure a seasonal lot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please be aware that failure to submit the deposit may result in the forfeiture of your chosen lot. Seasonal spots are limited, and early booking is encouraged to ensure availability. To avoid online booking fees, reservations can be taken over the phone and cash is accepted.

Currently, all transactions made at Bainsville Bay Campground are non-refundable. To secure your seasonal lot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and ensures that we can accommodate all our valued guests.
